SeaQuench | ABV: 4.9% IBU: 10
SeaQuench Ale is a session sour mash-up of a crisp Kolsch, a salty Gose, and a tart Berliner Weiss brewed in sequence with black limes, sour lime juice and sea salt to make this the most thirst-quenching beer Dogfish Head has ever brewed.
Wood-Aged Bitches Brew | ABV: 9.0% IBU: 38
A fusion of three threads of Imperial stout aged on oak and one thread of Tej – a native African honey beer – aged on Palo. The result is a roasty brew chock full of aromas of vanilla, licorice and chocolate, while you’ll find notes of sweet roast coffee with every sip. It’s slightly dry in the mouthfeel with a mild bitterness that make it the perfect sipper.
Oak Aged Palo Santo | ABV: 12% IBU: 50
An unfiltered, unfettered, unprecedented brown ale aged in handmade wooden brewing vessels, then aged again on oak. The caramel and vanilla complexity and unique to this highly roasty and malty brown ale comes from the exotic Paraguayan Palo Santo wood from which these tanks were crafted. Palo Santo means “holy tree,” and its wood has been used in South American wine-making communities.
