Summary: Under the direction of the Brainerd Office Manager, the Accounting Clerk / Inventory schedules incoming shipments and costing of shipments received. Provides the inventory department and the Office Manager with other administrative support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Work closely with trucking companies to schedule loads to be received and/or picked up at both warehouse         locations.
  • Reconciles weekly drive inventory
  • Process daily MolsonCoors shipment changes
  • Process inventory adjustments
  • Provide warehouse personnel with load information.
  • Compare information from bill of lading (BOL), invoices and orders against actual shipment to verify           completeness
  • Work closely with accounting to correct any discrepancies on invoices
  • Notify Sales Department of new arrivals
  • Maintain freight costs
  • Invoice other distributor purchases
  • Reconcile delivery invoices against monies received, and reconcile route tie-outs, following-up on and resolving any discrepancies.

  • Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma and at least three years related experience in office administration and/or accounting assistance.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as Microsoft Office and file management.
  • Knowledge of principals and processes for providing superior customer service.
  • Effective communication to convey complex information to other parties.
  • The ability to add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly and correctly
